| Garlic Lemon Vinaigrette | ||
| 2 | cloves garlic, minced | 2 |
| 1 tbsp | Dijon mustard | 15 mL |
| 3 tbsp | lemon juice | 50 mL |
| 1/2 cup | olive oil | 125 mL |
In a large bowl, toss all salad ingredients together.
Dressing: Mix garlic, mustard and lemon juice together. Slowly whisk in the oil until thick. Season with salt and pepper.
Just before serving, pour dressing over salad and toss.
